Do I work with the same assistant?

Yes, you'll be matched to a dedicated assistant that will help out with any tasks that need to be done.

What happens if I don't want to work with the assistant matched to me?

 

You can change your assistant at any time for any reason - just let us know. We'll handle everything for you.

How do you handle confidential information?

 

All of our assistants have signed comprehensive Non Disclosure Agreements, created by legal professionals, to protect your confidential information. In addition we provide a highly secure environment, and are HIPAA compliant. 

How do you charge?

 

The plan includes a pre-purchased number of hours every month. When your assistant works on a task for you the time they spend (to the nearest minute) is deducted from your pre-purchased hours. If you need more time you can add more hours to use throughout the month at an additional cost. Click here to find out our pricing and packages.

What happens to my hours if I don't use them?

This all depends on the plan that you buy; when you buy ten hours a month or more your unused hours will rollover for up to 30 days, depending on your plan. If you chose a "Custom" package with less than 10 hours, the hours do not roll over and we highly recommend that you use them before the month is over. 

How do I know how long things have taken?

Our Virtual Assistants use a unique system to time their work and a complete record of how long each task has taken is available on your account for further review.
